Targeting the key links throughout the entire process of recycled fiber production, it offers precise, stable and intelligent measurement and control solutions, helping the industry achieve green upgrading and efficiency improvement.

  • The high-temperature melt pressure sensor is specially designed for the high-temperature production scenarios of recycled fibers. It can accurately measure and control the pressure of high-temperature fluid media in processes such as melting of recycled polyester, spinning of recycled fibers, and modification of rubber and plastics. It is a core equipment that ensures the stability of melt transportation in the regeneration process of fibers and improves the quality of product formation.

  • The temperature sensor features high sensitivity and stable output performance. It is deeply compatible with the temperature control of the depolymerization reaction of recycled polyester, the temperature monitoring of the spinning process, the temperature control of the pre-treatment of recycled raw materials, and other core links.
