近日，嘉兴技师学院校长钱琴梅一行莅临 GRAEFF（格拉夫）参观交流，嘉兴技师学院产业教授、GRAEFF（格拉夫）总裁吴浩博士带领团队热情接待。智能制造学院院长姚漪婕、人工智能学院院长姚云、智能制造学院副院长王赟、人工智能学院副院长原瑞彬、社会服务处副主任赵昱菁随同来访。
座谈交流期间，双方围绕人才联合培养、实训基地共建、师生实践、专业课程对接等议题深入交流。钱琴梅校长介绍了学院办学特色与人才培养方向，希望依托双方专业契合的优势，深化多层次校企合作。吴浩博士表示，企业高度重视技能人才引育工作，期待与学院整合资源、优势互补，推动产教深度融合，实现校企互利共赢。座谈结束后，在吴浩博士的陪同下，校方团队依次参观企业展厅、生产车间等区域，实地了解公司发展概况、核心技术以及各类仪器仪表、智能传感产品的研发与生产流程，对企业创新发展理念和综合实力给予充分肯定。

嘉兴技师学院
嘉兴技师学院（浙江科技工程学校）是一所融学历学制教育、技能培训、社会服务于一体，以高技能人才培养培训为特色的全日制技工院校。学校建有七个二级学院，设31个专业，涵盖三个学制培养层次及三个学历培养层次，现有全日制学生6500余人，教职工450余名，师资力量雄厚，多名教职工获国家、省、市级各类荣誉。

Recently, Ms. Qian Qinmei, Principal of Jiaxing Technician College, and her delegation visited GRAEFF for an exchange. Dr. Wu Hao, President of GRAEFF and Industrial Professor of Jiaxing Technician College, together with his team, extended a warm welcome. The visiting members included Yao Yijie, Dean of the College of Intelligent Manufacturing; Yao Yun, Dean of the College of Artificial Intelligence; Wang Yun, Vice Dean of the College of Intelligent Manufacturing; Yuan Ruibin, Vice Dean of the College of Artificial Intelligence; and Zhao Yujing, Deputy Director of the Social Service Department.
During the discussion, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on joint talent training, co-construction of practical training bases, internships for teachers and students, and curriculum alignment. Principal Qian Qinmei introduced the college's educational characteristics and talent training goals. She hoped to deepen multi-level school-enterprise cooperation by leveraging their matching majors.
Dr. Wu Hao noted that the company places great emphasis on the recruitment and cultivation of skilled personnel. He expressed the willingness to integrate resources and complement each other's strengths with the college, advance in-depth integration of industry and education, and deliver win-win outcomes for both sides.
After the meeting, accompanied by Dr. Wu Hao, the college delegation toured the company's exhibition hall and production workshops. They gained first-hand knowledge of the company's development profile, core technologies, as well as the R&D and production procedures of various instruments, meters and intelligent sensor products, and fully recognized the company's innovative concepts and comprehensive strength.

This exchange has further strengthened ties between the college and the enterprise and consolidated the foundation for cooperation. Going forward, GRAEFF will continue to deepen collaboration with Jiaxing Technician College, actively engage in vocational education development, jointly cultivate high-caliber skilled talents tailored to industrial needs, and support the steady growth of intelligent manufacturing in the region.
Jiaxing Technician College
Jiaxing Technician College (Zhejiang Science and Technology Engineering School) is a full-time technical institution integrating academic education, vocational skills training and social services, specializing in cultivating high-skilled talents.
It has seven secondary colleges with 31 majors, offering three vocational training levels and three academic education levels.
