Application Manager

Your Tasks
Field consultant in a pre-sales capacity to customers with challenging applications and processes, focusing on a strategic market segment.
Demonstrate how to solve customers’ challenges by understanding the roadblocks.
Qualify/Define customized solutions in cooperation with FSE and TSE.
Your Profile
At least Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, from an accredited college or university.
10+ years of experience of working within a customer facing complex technical mechatronic sales environment. 5+ years’ experience in engineering team management.
Experience of designing solutions to complex problems and presenting your results to customers in a consultative capacity.
Master of the English language. (verbal and written)
Electrical Designer
(Location ChangZhou)
Your Tasks
Documenting the customer process and propose electrical and motion control soulutions based on PI products.
Designing and adapting control systems(PLC, Motion programming) to match the customers requirements.
Documenting and desgined solution from electrical design to real system, set-up configuration, PID tuning and so on.
Your Profile
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering, Master degree will be better;
Fluent(spoken & wirtten) in English.
Min. 2 years professional experience in electrical controls design and programming.
Knowledge of kinds of motor, Motion control theory, PID tuning, drive;
Familiar with electrical design software like AutoCAD, EPLAN.
Host programming experience is preferred like C#, C++
Internal Sales
Sales-leads Management
(Location Shanghai)
Your Tasks
Maintain and qualified leads from Marketing campaigns, website inquiries, Multimedia platform and new focus industries.
Follows up active leads generated by marketing activities.
Call MQL (marketing qualify leads) by well-understand products, solutions, and marketing activities to generate customer’s interest, identify customer needs and qualify marketing leads to develop business opportunities.
Your Profile
2-3 years in-side sales experience.
Good communication skills, especially tele-call skills, Power BI is a plus.
English skill is good. (both oral and written)
Mechanical Designer
(Location ChangZhou)
Your Tasks
Responsible for mechanical design for high accuracy motion system.
Optimize current products, upgrade design, and implement in manufacturing.
Review/make customer requirements, discuss with customer to define system specifications.
Your Profile
Master degree or above in engineering, mechanics or automation.
Be familiar with mechanisms, milling processing, GD&T. With fine mechanics experience is a plus.
Be familiar with SolidWorks, Auto CAD.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Knowledge in linear motor, guider, encoder.
